In the event of a special complaint on the product(s), a collection of the items may be arranged on behalf of Zolemba. Complaints must be arranged with a customer service representative together with DHL on location after notification from the customer. If you submit the complaint to Zolemba, and it is accepted, a collection will be arranged with DHL the next business day. The package must then be ready for pick-up.
